A 200-mile relay across South Carolina with a team of 6 runners and one driver. Team USASOCKS, led by COL Chris Forsythe and LTC Jason Perez. My first taste of ultra-distance running.
Each runner took about four legs of roughly 8 miles each, with van time in between. Getting out of a van to run hard after sitting for hours was a different kind of difficult.

Team: USASOCKS - “We’re So Money” Distance: 200 miles (team relay) Team Time: 25:58:43 Avg Pace: 7:31/mi Overall Place: 17th (Ultra Open division)
